Flat Fee Pricing - What is it, and why do we offer it?

Disclaimer - this applies to cases we charge a retainer fee for, not contingency matters such as car wrecks or personal injury.  We offer free case evaluations on all case types, so please do not hesitate to contact us. 

Imagine a scenario where you go to a restaurant, sit down, pull out the menu, and see "Cheeseburger - $15 Retainer Fee, billed per bite, actual cost may exceed $15."

Unfortunately, that is the exact pricing situation that most Law Firms offer. You pay an initial retainer, get billed regularly, and never know when a new bill is coming. Your legal pricing and menu options should not be different. 

 Though every case is different, what an attorney does on each case is not. At the Travis Johns Law Firm we offer Flat Rate, Up Front Pricing. That way, you, as the client, know how much your cheeseburger is going to cost from the second you open the menu, not at a later date with collection notices piling up. By offering flat rate pricing, you get access to the firm, our resources, and our support from day one, without having to pay extra expenses for matters you should not. 

While we do not disclose our prices on the website, we are more than happy to present them to you over a virtual (zoom), phone, or in person consultation.
